Kitting

More than 3.4 million (3%) Americans aged 40 years and older are either legally blind or are visually impaired

stlb™ kitting operations handle products from spring kits for hardware stores like Fastenal to Avery for their patented index maker line.  Kitting operations also include DNA and toxicology kits that are sold into the Texas State WorkQuest program.  These are kitted together in a designated clean room that allows stlb™ to have an FDA control number.    This versatility has allowed stlb™ to increase their capabilities into complex kitting opportunities. stlb™ is always open to new opportunities in kitting and assembling with our dedicated and well-trained workforce.

stlb™ offers:

  • partnerships in working on small to large kitting operations
  • assembly on items with 3 steps to over 20 steps, such as our chin strap product for military helmets
  • quality control in every step of the kitting/assembly
  • custom solutions for unique markets
