stlb™ is a toilet tissue converter who converts two ton rolls into several different configurations for a variety of customers.  This machine is specially modified by manufacturers in Italy for the unique operators at stlb™ who are legally blind and visually impaired.  The end product is then packaged into their respective packaging by employees who are also blind or visually impaired.

This machine is capable of making a wide variety of configurations of sheet size and number of sheets per roll.  One of the most popular skus is 4”×4” sheet size and 500 sheet 4 oz rolls for various State of Texas Agencies.  stlb™ produces 12 million toilet paper rolls a year through the toilet paper converting line providing over 150,000 cases of this sku to fulfill year-around orders. 

Depending on customer preference the finished rolls can be run through a tissue wrapper that wraps each individual roll before it is packaged into cases, or through a poly wrapper that packages the rolls into retail packaging seen in stores. Both the paper and poly wrappers can be customized per customer

stlb™ is always looking for more partnerships and is capable of producing toilet tissue commercially and under private branding.  The machine also has the capabilities of producing kitchen roll paper towels and stlb™ has successfully produced and fulfilled paper towel orders.
